Each fall we offer the Sangamon River Fall Float — an opportunity to float in your kayak/canoe on five beautiful miles of the Sangamon River from Gudgel Bridge to New Salem State Historic Site boat launch.
We occasionally offer guided, interpretive hikes on area trails. Members will be notified of upcoming hikes. You can also check the website calendar and/or our Facebook page.
Bike Rides
In collaboration with the Springfield Bike Club we sometimes offer bike rides in Menard County. A few years ago we started a Blog offering various routes. Check back for additional routes/maps.
