This weekend, the Menard County Trails & Greenways crew will be back at Lincolnโ€™s New Salem State Historic Site tackling invasive plants like bush honeysuckle โ€” persistent invaders that threaten our native woodland habitat. Every stem we remove makes space for native plants โ€” and for a healthier landscape across Menard County. ๐Ÿ’ช
