PAA Hurie Park and Softball Diamond Cleanup

The Petersburg Athletic Association will be celebrating Earth Month by hosting its annual clean up at the Hurie Park baseball diamond and the 4th Street softball diamonds on April 12th.
Hurie Park Baseball Diamond – 2:00PM to 4:00PM
4th Street Softball Diamonds — 2:30PM to 4:30PM
Volunteers will be helping with general cleanup including picking up sticks, raking leaves, clearing out dugouts and bleachers, and cutting back overgrown shrubs to get everything ready for the season.
If participants are able, they’re encouraged to bring work gloves, rakes, and any yard tools that may be helpful. We’ll have some supplies on hand, but extra tools always help things move quicker.
